Cause Capitalism is the new capitalism—a kinder, gentler, more compassionate form of capitalism; “A new capitalism,” he says, “that even my children and grandchildren can embrace.”
He trademarked the words, cause capitalism, so he could control the definition: Cause Capitalism is when a for-profit business chooses as its partner a non-profit organization; not as a gimmick but as a true sustainable partner where a percentage of gross sales (not net sales) are given to a non-profit partner.
